Man city was not charged for matchfixing, half of the charges against them is failure to comply, the most serious one is the PSR which is 7 charges, but the rest is failure to comply, so where does this agenda comes from that City cheated and all that is all these rivals fans getting excited, but the case is still open and will probably go on for a while
