The Rams (3-0) produced one of the strongest results of any team so far in this young season when they defeated Gorham, the No. 2 team in our Varsity Maine poll and the team with the most first-place votes, 1-0 last Wednesday. Kelen Michel assisted Forlan Kindomba on the winning goal for Deering, which got nine saves from goalkeeper Linden McAuliffe. The Rams followed that win with a 1-0 triumph over Biddeford on Saturday.
