@_inishaykhan Very poor experience. Whenever I call to reserve a table in front of the pool, Aways told that it is not available, even when I call a week in advance. It is disappointing that advance reservations do not seem to make any difference. Better reservation management and transparency would greatly improve the customer experience.

@ubaid_azher Very disappointing experience. I called multiple times over 2 days to book decoration and reservation, and everything was confirmed. But when I arrived, there was no booking under my name, and my decoration was placed on another table. Staff gave excuses instead of solving the issue. No apology, no refund, nothing. Highly unprofessional service.
