Working on this almost every day. As a producer I’m constantly learning and improving. One of the best things I’ve done for myself and my career is acknowledge that I can’t to everything on my own. Filmmaking is a team sport. I’m still figuring out a lot of things out. I’m identifying the things I like/dislike, the elements of production I’m naturally drawn to, the things I do well that others don’t. Try not to give yourself a hard time if you’re not good at everything. Easier said than done… But, you’re not alone!
