602 pages and 5 coffee shops later I finally finished John Steinbeck’s “East of Eden” (review is forthcoming!). I previously did this with Dostoevsky’s “The Brother’s Karamazov” and you guys liked the idea so decided to do it again while in Texas. @jessreadclassics - @instill_coffee’s Round Rock outpost may be a new fave! - the Austin location of @blackfoxcoffeeco is its first outside of NYC and I genuinely loved the coffee. Also the lemon cookie is crave-worthy! - @heavens.bistro.bakery is a Halal-certified French n bakery in North Austin worth checking out! I ordered their heavenly latte and nothing else needs to be said. - @purelyprovisions is a cafe by day, craft cocktail bar by night hybrid with a warm neighborhood cafe vibe. Leo found a favorite latte here that is comparable to his go-to in Boston! - @waterloocoffeecompany is a charming coffee shop in DT Round Rock and I loved that they had a special menu in tribute to Dolly Parton 💖.
