Talking with Boston magazine contributor Ling Zi, Doan promises matcha flights from Japan and China, a beverage team stacked with local cocktail royalty (hi, @boongboonnak), and a room designed to feel like a Japanese botanical garden, all in the former Zazibar space at 60 Seaport Blvd. in Boston.
