The comeback continues! WE HAVE HIT 1,000 POUNDS!! It's been two years since I've hit that milestone back in 2024 with my 1349 pounder. It's been all about not giving up this year! That has always been my mindset over the years battling disease in the patch! On August 12th, I lost the smaller of the two pumpkins in the patch due to major soil disease. Over the last 3 weeks, the disease has hit this plant but I have managed to fight it off and keep the battle going! I've been defying the odds 💪 The second image shows the pumpkin just 19 days ago when it was estimated at 585 pounds. 415 pounds gained since and she's still growing 16-20 pounds a day! There is absolutely no doubt that this will be the biggest comeback in my 11 year growing career if I can get this pumpkin to the Topsfield Fair on October 2nd! 🎃 October 2nd at 4 PM in the Topsfield Fair Arena!
