At his new Quincy restaurant, Jüni, it's a decidedly more casual affair, from the squishy butter toy decorations t the service. The sushi's no less refined, but each bite is served beautifully together on one plate, not coursed out over several hours. Better yet, you can take it to go. Netflix and chu-toro, anyone? Boston'.

At @momi_nonmi in Cambridge’s Inman Square, chef-owner Chris Chung weaves intricate stories of seafood through semi-private omakase feasts. At Jūni, his new Quincy spot with business partner Kenny Leung, it’s a decidedly more casual affair, from the squishy butter toy decorations to the service. The sushi’s no less refined, but each bite is served beautifully together on one plate, not coursed out over several hours. Better yet, you can take it to go, packaged neatly in a carefully designed box. Netflix and chu-toro, maybe?
